RETURN & EXCHANGE

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility (Criteria)

Time Frame: We accept returns and exchanges for items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, including the hygiene liner (protective strip), intact and attached. We inspect all returned items.

Proof of Purchase: Please include your original order confirmation or receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for swimwear under the following conditions:

Items without the original hygiene liner attached.

Items that show any signs of wear, have been washed, or have damaged tags.

Custom-made or personalized swimwear, unless faulty.

3. Return & Exchange Process

Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at service@dollyrush.com to get a return authorization and return address. 

Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. 

4. Refunds (For Returns)

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (e.g., 7-10 business days).

Deductions: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is not a result of our error (e.g., wrong item or defect), we may not refund the original shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We currently facilitate exchanges by processing a return for the original item and then a new order for the desired item. Please contact us for assistance.

The availability of exchange items is subject to stock. If the item you wish to exchange for is of a different value, we will process a partial refund or charge the difference accordingly.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective (e.g., manufacturing flaw) or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
